Allan Yeh was born in Taiwan and moved to Canada with his family during high school. After five years of study in Canada, he attended the prestigious Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, where he mastered the art of service excellence, refined his management skills, and developed strong communication techniques to understand and meet client needs.

After graduation, Allan returned to Taiwan and worked in the food and beverage and guest relations departments of five-star hotels for three to four years. His commitment to excellence was evident in everything he did, consistently delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding expectations.

In 2015, Allan and his wife took on a new challenge and became entrepreneurs by opening their own high-quality ice cream shop. Their dedication to detail and pursuit of perfection led to the shop being voted one of the Top 50 Ice Cream Shops in the World and ranked 8th in Asia in 2018. This accomplishment reflects Allan’s belief in doing everything to the highest standard.

In 2024, Allan and his family relocated to Calgary, Canada, to embark on a new chapter in life. In 2025, he joined Top Producer Realty as a real estate agent, bringing with him years of experience in hospitality management and business operations.
